About PCS

Pawnee Community Summit was established (in 2024) by community members invested in the future of our town (and in partnership with Avem Health Partners). Committed volunteers worked closely together to establish a vision and mission for PCS and appointed a local advisory board of eight volunteers. The conversation continues to grow and develop at monthly meetings held on the third Thursday of every month and is well attended by individuals and leaders from all areas of our community.

Tackling big conversations of community needs such as housing, health care, and business development, one of the Pawnee Community Summit’s goals is to connect donors to the charitable needs of Pawnee. Through PCS, individuals, families, and organizations have a funding vehicle to support and grow charitable programs that will directly impact the improvement of Pawnee.

To create a healthier, more resilient community through strong collaborations and targeted interventions that address the social, economic, and environmental factors affecting the well-being of every resident.

Monthly meetings are open to all those interested in making a positive impact and enhancing our way of life in Pawnee. Please email the board Chair, Carol Rapp, to be added to the monthly calendar invite via email. The meetings are held the at 10:30am on the third Thursday of each month January – November at the Pawnee Chamber of Commerce office located at 613 Harrison St, Pawnee, OK 74058. We look forward to having you at our next meeting!
